Chad Buzek accepts only a limited number of private portrait commissions each year. This intentional pace allows every family to receive his full artistic attention and ensures the resulting work carries the depth, dignity, and lasting presence that defines true sculptural heirlooms.
Each commission is a personal collaboration designed to reveal the eternal essence of your family — the quiet strength, tender connections, and timeless beauty that deserve to be preserved for generations.
Investment
Because every session is unique, pricing reflects the number of subjects, session scope, and desired deliverables. I offer three primary levels of investment:
Signature Sculptural Session — from $4,500 The foundational sculptural heirloom experience. Includes a private consultation and styling guidance, an approximately 2-hour session in studio or at a mutually agreed-upon location, full artistic post-production and retouching, a curated collection of 8–12 a curated mix of 8x10, 11x14 museum-quality archival prints, and high-resolution digital files with a print release.
Premium Sculptural Session — from $6,500 Everything included in the Signature Session, with extended time for deeper storytelling, additional wardrobe direction, a larger curated print collection, and a custom heirloom album.
Heirloom Collection — from $9,500 The most complete expression of this work. Includes the full Premium Session experience along with multiple large-format framed prints designed for your home, a private viewing and collection design consultation, and an archival heirloom presentation box. This is portraiture created as lasting legacy art.
All pricing is a starting point. Final investment is determined after our consultation based on the specific needs and vision of each family. Every commission, regardless of level, receives the same uncompromising level of craft, attention, and artistic commitment. Travel fees may apply for sessions outside the greater Omaha/Lincoln area.
